B. Device and Transaction Data (In-App Purchases)
When you make in-app purchases within Folds, the transaction is processed entirely by third-party app stores (Apple App Store via StoreKit and Google Play Store via Google Play Billing). JayDev Games does not collect, view, or store your financial details, credit card numbers, or billing addresses. We only receive confirmation from the platform that a transaction was successful to unlock your premium features.

C. Third-Party Advertising Data
The free version of Folds displays third-party advertisements. These ad networks may collect and use pseudonymous data about your device (such as your device's Advertising ID, IP address, and location) to serve personalized or contextual ads. You can opt out of personalized tracking via your iOS or Android device system privacy settings.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver monthly news, game updates, and marketing communications via Resend.
- Fulfill and manage digital purchases via Apple and Google billing platforms.
- Serve advertisements within the free tier of the Game.

- Vercel: For hosting and processing our Site infrastructure.
