TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR JAYDEV GAMES & FOLDS

These Terms and Conditions govern the commercial purchase of digital goods and the licensing of intellectual property owned by JayDev Games ("us", "we", or "our") based in Australia.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All custom code, visual design layouts, geometric mechanics, puzzle solutions, branding assets, logos, and artwork displayed inside the Game "Folds" or on https://jaydev.games are the exclusive intellectual property of JayDev Games. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

2. IN-APP PURCHASES & REFUND POLICY
Folds allows users to buy digital upgrades, such as premium puzzle access and ad-removal flags, processed through the Apple App Store (StoreKit) or Google Play Store (Google Play Billing).
- STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY: All digital transactions are final and 100% non-refundable. Because access to digital puzzles is consumed immediately upon unlocking, refunds will not be granted for played content, user error, or remorse, except where mandated under statutory local laws (such as the Australian Consumer Law).

3. RESTORING PURCHASES & SERVICE ISSUES
If you delete the Game, change hardware devices, or experience a technical malfunction where your unlocked premium upgrades disappear:
- You must first utilize the native "Restore Purchases" button embedded within the Game menu.
- If the automated system fails to restore your premium unlocks, you must contact our support desk directly at support@jaydev.games with your official platform transaction receipt for manual verification.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including Australian Consumer Law), JayDev Games provides its software on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We offer no warranties that the game will operate entirely error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any lost save data, device crashes, or indirect damages resulting from your use of our software.

5. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
