JayDev Games provides links to external interactive community platforms, including our official Discord server. Your right to use our services, including access to competitive daily puzzles and community events, is conditional on your compliance with our community rules. 
You strictly agree not to:
- Engage in toxic, abusive, harassing, or defamatory behavior within any JayDev Games community hub.
- Exploit, cheat, mod, hack, reverse-engineer, or manipulate game files or server-side layout logic to gain an unfair advantage in puzzles.
JayDev Games reserves the single right to permanently terminate or restrict your access to community tools, leaderboard features, or future digital puzzles if you violate these terms.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & ADVERTISEMENTS
The free tier of Folds displays advertisements supplied by third-party networks. JayDev Games is not responsible for the content, availability, or tracking practices of external advertisers. Any interactions with third-party components are strictly between you and the respective provider.

4. SERVICE CHANGES AND AVAILABILITY
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Site, Game data, daily puzzle distributions, or server infrastructure at any time without notice or liability to you.
